Information you choose to share

If you submit the website enquiry form, the details you provide are sent to Nexeia by email using Resend, an email delivery provider. The website does not display your enquiry publicly. Your name, business name (if provided), email address, project selections and message are used to respond to your enquiry and discuss requested services. Do not submit passwords or sensitive personal information through the form.

If you submit a public review, the website collects the name you provide, your review text, your star rating and the submission date. Reviews are stored using Cloudflare Workers KV and displayed publicly on the website. Please do not include private or sensitive information in a review.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, discuss or deliver requested website services, display reviews you submit, and maintain the operation and security of the website.

Third-party services

The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and review storage, Resend to deliver enquiry emails, and loads fonts and visual-effect libraries from third-party providers. Those providers may process technical information when your browser requests their services; their own privacy terms apply to those requests.

Retention and requests

Review submissions may remain publicly visible until removed. To ask about a review you submitted, or to request correction or removal of information you shared with Nexeia, email nexeiawebdesign@gmail.com. Please provide enough detail to identify the relevant item without sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit a review or enquiry through this website. If you submit an enquiry, the form sends it automatically to Nexeia so you do not need to open an email app.
