  • Keeping website software and integrations maintained where applicable
  • Basic troubleshooting and ongoing support

Your domain name and renewals are paid separately. If your project needs paid hosting, premium tools, paid email services or other third-party services, we will explain the costs and get your approval before proceeding. Major redesigns, large new features and substantial content additions may also cost extra.

Can I choose only some features?

Yes. The listed plans are starting points, not a requirement to buy every feature. Tell us what you need and we can propose a suitable scope and adjusted quote. The final scope and price will be agreed in writing before work begins.

Is monthly care required?

Yes. Monthly care is required with each package and is billed in addition to the once-off website build fee. It covers the routine maintenance, basic security upkeep, small changes and support described in each plan. The agreed scope, payment dates and cancellation terms will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Are hosting, domains and paid services included?

Standard website hosting through our Cloudflare setup is included in the monthly care fee when it suits the project. Your domain name and annual renewals are paid separately by you. If your website needs a paid hosting plan, premium plugins, paid email services or other third-party tools, we will identify those costs in your quote and get your approval before committing to them. E-commerce payment-provider transaction fees are also paid separately to the provider.

What happens if I need a bigger change later?

Small content or detail changes are covered by the monthly care service within a reasonable agreed scope. New pages, major redesigns, advanced features and substantial content work may need a separate quote, which will be discussed before the work is done.
